Mayor Pro Tem Amparano moved to Adopt Resolution No. 2023-22 to Authorize Continuing Appropriations in the Amount of $20,489,133for Operation Expenses Not to Exceed Thirty (30) Days. Seconded by Obeso-Martinez.

Councilmember Tucker moved to Award the Contract to Minigar & Associates, Inc. to Provide Consulting Services for VMT CEQA Thresholds. Seconded by Mendoza.
