CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pro-Tem Tucker called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Council Members Burnworth, Mendoza and Mayor Pro-Tem Tucker.
ABSENT: Council Member Obeso- Martinez and Mayor Amparano.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Pro-Tem Tucker.

City Attorney Turner Stated that the Council was given direction on one item of Anticipated Litigation and three items of Existing Litigations and one Case Arreola et al. v. City of Imperial.

A-1. Mayor Pro-Tem Tucker presented a Proclamation presentation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
