CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
Present: Amparano, Burnworth, Mendoza, Mayor Tucker, City Manager Morita, Assistant to the City Manager Garcia and City Attorney Turner.
Absent: Mayor Pro-Tem Obeso-Martinez
PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comments received.
A. ACTION ITEMS (DISCUSSION/ACTION)
A-1. Approve the proposed Special Event Series schedule for the 2025-2026 season.
Presentation: Tony Lopez, Parks & Recreation Director
Recommendation: Approve the proposed Special Event Series schedule for the 2025-2026 season.
The Parks and Recreation Director, Tony Lopez, gave a presentation on the special events schedule for the 2025-2026 season, which included a new proposed 4" of July event.
Moved by Burnworth, seconded by Amparano, to approve the Special Event Series schedule without the proposed 4th of July event.
AYES: Amparano, Burnworth, Mendoza, and Tucker
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Obeso-Martinez
MOTION CARRIES: 4-0
