Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of the City of Imperial has called a Special Meeting of the Imperial City Council to consider the items on this agenda.

A.1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-60, Accepting an award of funds in the amount of $792,781.00 from the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) Prop 64 Grant program.

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-60, ACCEPTING AN AWARD
OF FUNDS FROM THE BOARD OF STATE AND COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS (BSCC) PROP 64 GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE IMPERIAL POLICE
DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATION AND EXPENSES OF
THE GRANT WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE VEHICLE IDENTIFIED IN THE GRANT AGREEMENT CAN BE CHANGED TO AN ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE.
