To Whom it May Concern,
I am grateful for the opportunity to highlight SunCoast Market Co-op. I am also grateful that my fellow board members are there today asking for help.
This small group of passionate people have volunteered countless hours to bring something as positive as a natural foods grocery store to our town. The coolest little town that is unfortunately drowning in fast food and convenience stores.
I am grateful because I am a mom and a business owner living and working in Imperial Beach.
A natural foods grocery store will not only help support a healthy lifestyle for my family, but will launch my small business into legitimacy.
To think that after all these years of owning K-Pasta and now Pretty Provisioned that I could have my sauces and pickles available for our community to purchase, seven days a week! It's very exciting!
I am also grateful to work with an experienced general manager that is determined to help local small businesses grow. I will have the opportunity to purchase the inventory I need at a 10% discount to help bring my cost of goods down.
SunCoast Market Co-op is a special business that brings the community of IB together in a very positive way. I can't wait to be a costumer and a vendor. Please consider supporting SunCoast to help us past the finish line.
Thank you for your time,
-Anna Kirsner
