EMERGENCY DUE TO FAILURE OF SANITARY PUMP STATION NO. 8 ALLOWING THE SUSPENSION OF NOTICE AND BIDDING REQUIREMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH REPAIRS REQUIRED THEREBY. (0830-35) Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. 2025-055 appropriating $335,000 from Pump Station 8 Construction Project to purchase four new pumps from Flo-Systems, Inc. and to obtain Bid Support and Pump Procurement Services from MBI. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-56 finding and declaring the existence of an emergency due to failure of pumps at Pump Station 8 allowing the suspension of notice and bidding requirements in connection with repairs required thereby.
