Hey there, it's Truth. I will likely comment by phone for non-agenda, but I wanted to include the below comments into the public record as additional comments. Thanks.
First, here's the bike rack covered in brush, that I'm sure the City already addressed by now:

The second photo is supposed to help with an idea of the area. lol Maybe if the City cemented a little square around the bike rack, the weeds would no longer be an issue.
On a different note...I filed a PRA that ended up being very interesting. Failed supervisor Nathan Fletcher and his Failed wife Lorena Gonzalez were at one time, discussing the Madera City Council trying to remedy some Union Corruption AKA Undue Influence and Conflict-Of-Interest going on with 1 Council Member.
