Members of the public who wish to comment on an item on the special-meeting agenda; Public comments can be provided in real time during the virtual live meeting. Individual speakers are limited to three minutes each. Please use the “raise your hand” function on zoom in order to be recognized by the City Staff in order to provide comments in real time.
