Mayor Reed convened the Special Council Meeting at 12:30 p.m. on October 6, 2022 in the City Hall Council Chamber.
B.APPROVAL OF THE FINAL AGENDA
It was the CONSENSUS of the City Council to Approve the Agenda as Submitted.
C.PUBLIC COMMENTS
No public comments.
D.CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Reed recessed the City Council to a Closed Session to discuss the following items listed on the posted agenda.
D.1 Conference with City's Real Property Negotiator Pursuant to Government Code 5456.8
City Attorney Todd Leishman stated no reportable action was taken which, under the Brown Act, would be required to be publicly reported.

At 1:00 p.m. Mayor Reed ADJOURNED the Special Council meeting to a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council to be held at 1:30 p.m. on October 6, 2022, in the City Hall Council Chamber and Video Conference.
