Mayor Griffith convened the Special Council Meeting at 12:00 p.m. on July 6, 2023, in the City Hall, Executive Conference Room.
B.APPROVAL OF THE FINAL AGENDA
A motion was made by Mayor Griffith, seconded by Council Member Whitman to Approve the Agenda as Submitted. The motion carried by the following vote:

Mayor Griffith stated the City Council would hold a Closed Session to discuss the following agenda items:
