Mayor Griffith convened the Special Council Meeting at 11:34 p.m. on November 2, 2023, in the City Hall Executive Conference Room.
B. APPROVAL OF THE FINAL AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Peabody seconded by Council Member Whitman to Approve the Agenda as Submitted. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: 5 - Griffith, Peabody, Reed, Sanders, Whitman
NOES: 0 -

Mayor Griffith stated the City Council would hold a Closed Session to discuss the following agenda items:

APN 633-150-071 discussion had a 5-0 vote to reject Renaissance proposals.

At 12:24 p.m., Mayor Griffith ADJOURNED the Special Council Meeting to a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council to be held at 1:30 p.m. on November 2, 2023, in the City Hall Council Chamber.
