Mayor Griffith convened the Special Council Meeting at 4:00 p.m. on December 1, 2023, in the City Hall Executive Conference Room.
B.APPROVAL OF THE FINAL AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Peabody seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Sanders to Approve the Agenda as Submitted. The motion carried by the following vote:

No public comments.
D.CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Griffith stated the City Council would hold a Closed Session to discuss the following agenda items:

2 D.1 Conference with Legal Counsel Regarding Anticipated Litigation-Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4). (One (1) potential case).
City Attorney Todd Leishman stated no reportable action was taken which, under the Brown Act, would be required to be publicly reported.
D.2 Conference with Legal Counsel Regarding Anticipated Litigation-Significant Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) (One (1) potential case).

E.ADJOURNMENT
At 4:25 p.m., Mayor Griffith ADJOURNED the Special Council Meeting to a special scheduled meeting of the City Council to be held at 10:30 a.m. on December 5, 2023, in the City Hall Council Chamber.
