Mayor Lupe Ramos Amith called to order the regular meeting of the City Council for the City of Indio and the Indio Water Authority, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at 150 Civic Center Mall, Indio, California.

Councilmember Fermon reported on a Joint Coachella Valley Association of Governments Public Safety & Homelessness Committees.
Mayor Ramos Amith had no report on committees.

8.14 Landscape Maintenance Agreement with Excel Landscape, Inc., in the amount of $74,097 per month totaling $889,164 annually, in addition to $300,000 for additional work, subject to budget availability, for a contract total of $1,189,164

Motion made by Councilmember Waymond Fermon, seconded by Councilmember Oscar Ortiz to approve Consent Calendar Items 8.1 thru 8.14.
Motion Carried Unanimously.
9. PUBLIC HEARINGS
9.1 Community Input for the preparation of the City's Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report FY2023-2024, 15-Day review of CAPER David Razo, Senior Management Analyst presented the PowerPoint Presentation.
Mayor Ramos Amith opened and closed the Public Hearing at 5:38 p.m. with no comments.
Discussion ensued.
Motion made by Councilmember Waymond Fermon, seconded by Councilmember Elaine Holmes to receive and file the City's Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report FY2023-2024 by Roll Call Vote.
Motion Carried Unanimously.
