That I am the Director of City Clerk Services of the City of Indio; that the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Indio, held September 16, 2026, was declared adjourned to the time and place specified in the Order of Adjournment, which is attached hereto.
That on September 17, 2026, at the hour of 9:15 a.m., I caused to be posted a copy of Order of Adjournment at a conspicuous place on or near the door of the place at which said City Council Regular Meeting of September 16, 2026, was properly first noticed and the adjourned regular meeting for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2026, was called.

A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Indio was held on the above given date in the Council Chamber in Indio, CA, at 5:00 p.m., with Mayor Holmes presiding.
Members present were Councilmembers Miller, Fermon,
Ortiz, Guitron, and Mayor Holmes. Also present were City Manager Jonathan Nicks, City Attorney Steven G. Pacifico and Dir. of City Clerk Services Sabdi Sanchez.

There being no further business to come before the City Council at this time, Mayor Holmes adjourned the regular meeting of September 16, 2026 at 12:04 A.M., on September 17, 2026, to meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Coachella Valley History Museum, located at 82616 Miles Avenue, Indio CA 92201 for the State of the City event.
