3. Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Operating Budget to include grant funds, in the amount of $6,340,000, from the SCCP Grant for the Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project.

3. Delegate authority to the Mayor, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, to make any minor, non-material revisions not impacting the Agreement's substantive terms, conditions, or intent; and

4. Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Operating Budget.

eligible recipient before a grant award can be issued; and

3. Authorize the payment of up to 53 grant awards, in the amount of $20,000 each, for a total amount not to exceed $1,060,000. (ARPA Fund – Champions Grant)

2. Authorize an additional City-controlled and directed ten percent (10%) contingency in the not-to-exceed amount of $661,643 for a total cost of $3,308,213 over five (5) years;

3. Approve a one-time payment of $262,764 to purchase
License Plate Readers (LPRs) for the additional enforcement vehicles; and

4. Adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Operating Budget to increase funding for Parking and Traffic Enforcement by $2,468,238.
