Chairman Thomas called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM and led the Pledge of Allegiance A. ROLL CALL:

Interim City Manager commented that both Items #1 and #2, I think we are circling around the issue of what the action is going to be. I could project out another couple of weeks and can guess what I think the recommendation is going to be. Thank you, Mr. Garvey for all your questions, which helped frame the discussion and got to the bottom of the issues. I have to apologize but we are not prepared to go over all this information. I received Information today from Shayne Morgan that addressed more of your questions. I would suggest we continue this meeting to another day in the very near future--we will all have time to talk to Shayne but also have Shayne on Zoom. I just received information 20 minutes ago, which I am handing out to each Committee Member. One of my concerns in all these questions, was to go back to the formation documents and annexation documents, which Shayne has just provided. Once you read the information and talk to Shayne, it will shed some light on this and catapult to what the recommendation of what this group is looking for to recommend to Council on that tax levy for August.
