F. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Michael Politi commented:
• I want to apologize for a few things I said at the last meeting. I stand behind what I said 110%. I am waiting for an apology from several people for wasting my tax dollars on $123,000 given to Rock—that is $11,000 a month. • The way the Council treated Mr. Edmunds at the last meeting was the way I was treated in several situations from the former Council and a few people on this Council.
• According to the Brown Act, the Council cannot take action on items that are not on the agenda, but you can ask questions, request and respond to the matters from the body, questions posed by the public, questions for clarification, request staff to report back, but the Council never does it. Don’t you think the public has the right to hear from you about their concerns over situations.
• I am going to request to be on the agenda for the first meeting in January. I want some things fixed on the golf cart path. I am tired of taking care of the path. I have never received a dime for taking care of it. City Manager will contact Mr. Politi regarding his request to be on the agenda.
Larry Rhoades thanked staff for including the Wastewater Monthly Report in the agenda packet. I would like to know why the PFAS’s and the PFOS’s are not being tested on the monitoring wells.
David Anderson commented that he asked that the PFAS’s and the PFOS’s be tested in the second quarter and the third quarter for the monitoring wells and it has not been done. City Manager will have Katherine Geist, West Yost respond to Mr. Anderson.
Tommy Quinn asked the Police Department to focus on traffic downtown and asked Council to increase the lighting downtown.

K. REPORT AND COMMUNICATION FROM CITY ATTORNEY:
• We have gotten some communications regarding conflicts of interests. We take these very serious. We have not received anything, but if we did, we would look at the facts and circumstances and make a determination. There are options that the Council has moving forward, which would be sending a letter to the FPPC. The FPPC has the final say and they are the enforcing body.
