Councilmember Rhoades led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Public Comment: Mitzi Windley, I do not see where the City is going to get the 3.2 millions from and how the City expects to make it much better than it has been in the last couple of years. I am interested in how George Lee feels about this.
Council convened to Closed Session at this time.
