COUNCILMEMBER Councilmember Ortiz spoke in favor of holding a town -hall type ORTIZ meeting to discuss residents' concerns relating to the Panattoni property along Morada Street.
TONY NARANJO Tony Naranjo noted various issues of concern pertaining the subject property, including homelessness, the poor condition of the existing fencing, drug use at the site, individuals breaking into parked cars and buildings, and illegal dumping, among other things. He further stated that the parking lots are in need of proper signage and that ADA issues need to be addressed, and spoke in support of holding a town -hall meeting.
ROBERT DIAZ Robert Diaz stated that the tenant at 5243 Morada Street is fine with a chain -link fence with screening being placed at the parking lot, and indicated that a block wall is not necessary. He stated he is more concerned over water drainage, and preferred that the block wall not cause a water drainage blockage.
