The Irwindale CITY COUNCIL and HOUSING AUTHORITY met in a special joint meeting at the above time and place.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Council/Board Members Mark A. Breceda, Larry G. Burrola, Manuel R. Garcia; Mayor Pro Tem/Vice Chair Albert F. Ambriz; Mayor/Chair H. Manuel Ortiz Also Present: Julian A. Miranda, City Manager/Executive Director; Adrian Guerra, City Attorney/Board Counsel; Theresa Olivares, Assistant City Manager/Executive Director; and Laura Nieto, Chief Deputy City Clerk/Assistant Authority Secretary AB 2449 DISCLOSURES
Mayor Pro Tem Ambriz requested to be allowed to participate remotely due to an illness, per AB 2449. He also noted that there was no one else over 18 years of age in the room with him.
A motion was made by Councilmember Burrola, seconded by Mayor Ortiz, to acknowledge Councilmember Ambriz’s remote participation in the meeting via Zoom pursuant to AB 2449, due to illness. The motion was unanimously approved.
