RECOMMENDATION: City Council review and approve draft minutes of the Regular City Council meeting of December, 2021.

A. SUBJECT: Acceptance of Delta West Project.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that City Council accept Delta West Project.
7. NEW BUSINESS
A. SUBJECT: City Council Sub-Committee Assignments and review Appointment Boards and Commission Policy.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that City Council review and modify as necessary the sub-committee assignments.
