A. SUBJECT: Approval of Minutes of the Regular City Council meeting of November
28. 2023.RECOMMENDATION: City Council review and approve draft minutes of the Regular City Council meeting of November 28, 2023.

A. SUBJECT: None.
7. OLD BUSINESS
A. SUBJECT: Waiver of Debt by the City of Isleton owed by Isleton Redevelopment Successor Agency, City of Isleton Resolution Na 27-23.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council vote to approve Resolution 27-23, Forgiving the Repayment of Any Loan, Advance, orIndebtedness Owed to the City of Isleton by the Redevelopment SLtccessor Agencyof the City of Isleton.
B. SUBJECT: Father’s Day Festival Proposals.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council appoint a Festival Subcommittee toreview the Father’s Day Festival proposal and set a Special Council meeting for December 19, 2023.
C. SUBJECT: City Council to consider appointment to the Isleton Historic Review Board (IHRB).
RECOMMENDATION: City Council receive and consider appointment for the Isleton Historic Review Board (IHRB) for standard term.
S. NEW BUSINESS
A. SUBJECT: DryVac Presentation to City Council — Wastewater Treatment.
RECOMMENDATION: That City Council receive DryVac power point presentation.
