D. Staff Reports- Code Enforcement Report was read to Council. Scott Baroni - Asian Festival was great and had a great turnout. Staff is working diligently getting books in handled. We had to cut staff hours and overtime. County is coming Thursday to look at sewer ponds.
E. Council Reports - David Kent - 2 reports-PG&E I met with liaison-lack of liability and power of delivery. There's a disconnect what we get and what they deliver.
Where are we on your priority list? You need to move us to the top. You know what we're getting is subsidiary-low. Give us an explanation-maintenance schedule and power poles falling. Be prepared to receive a file of claims from a lot of people. We go to press and say how cooperative you are. Customer service is bad. She gave me a lot of links and I objected politely, then she said, okay we will get a team together. 2.
Legislature -They're trying to claw back the farmers per Prop. 38? Essentially democratic/republic housing not the private sector. Prop 1 talk about more specifically way that is going to be funding the bill. That's what you all voted on.
Organic Waste/Compost - a lot of the bills trying to deal with them. Drug programs and mental health services. 1000' spacing requirements. Problem that speak to civil rights. Now hands are tied. Weather a person wants to be in the program or not.
