length of time for payments. This includes a requirement for the applicant to post a deposit with the City to pay the costs of City preparation of the agreement.
ACTION: The Meadows of Isleton want to request a reduction basis for five years then go back to agreement. $137,00.00 a year for 5 years, then go back to agreement of 76,000.00 a permit is issued, not intended for permanent occupancy. Iva Walton why is this coming up now? I would have cast out all my expenses before putting a shovel in the ground. David Kent some financial I don't understand or accept.
Developer knows this. Gary Price fees and impact are using common sense. David Kent discretionary form, single family homes is low income. How is this less than building a single family? Scott Baroni max capacity will double the city population.
The City cannot absorb fees. We cannot waive measure A and Waste water and fire they account for. Only 10 years to use impact fees, it's going to be hard on the city to upgrade on 34k a quarter. The impact is greater especially during Holidays. There is a lot to consider with the City. We have to supply Fire Protection, Sewer Connections. By consensus to redirect the numbers and go back to council June 25, 2024.
