A. SUBJECT: Notice of Cal-Waste Refuse Reuse and Recycle Rate Increase to Start October 1, 2024.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council revicw and give directionto staff.

A. SUBJECT: Presentation from Mosquito Vector Control District.
RECOMMENDATION: To receive presentation from Mosquito Vector Control District.
B. SUBJECT: California American \Vater and Sacramento County Department of Water Resources Presentation on Groundwater Sustainability Initiatives.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended City Council receive and comment onPowerPoint presentation given by Sacramento County Department of WaterResources and California American Water.
C. SUBJECT: City Council approve Resolution No. 24-13 for the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETFj Grant Application and Scope of Work.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended City Council approve Resolution No.24-13 for the CETF grant application submittal and scope of work.
