A. SUBJECT: Approval of the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes of October 8 2024.
RECOMMENDATION: City Council review and approve the draft minutes of the RegularCity Council Meeting of October 8, 2024.
6. PUBLIC HEARING
A. SUBJECT: Measure A Development Impact Fees Update.
RECOMMENDATION: Conduct public hearing and consider public comments and adopt Resolution No. 27-24.
B. SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit Application CUP 01-24, Development Agreement DA 2024-01, Design Review DR 24-01, Proposed Commercial Cannabis Cultivation, Processingand Distribution, at 402 Jackson Blvd., Yuanqiang Feng. applicant.RECOMMENDATION:
1. Adopt findings that the project is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to section 15301of the CEQA Guidelines; and
2. Adopt Resolution 23-24 approving Conditional Use Permit Application CUP 0 1-24 (Attachment A);
3. Conduct First Reading in title only of Ordinance 2024-08 approving Development Agreement DA 2024-01(Attachment B): and
4. Direct Staff to agendize second reading of Ordinance 2024-08 for the next regular meeting of the City Council.
C. SUBJECT: Tsleton Planning Fees update.
RECOMMENDATION: Conduct public hearing and consider public comments and adoptResolution No. 28-24.
7. OLD BUSINESS
A. SUBJECT: City of Isleton Draft Budget 202 1/2022.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget.
B. SUBJECT: City of Isleton Draft Budget 2023/2024.

A. SUBJECT: City Council to approve Monthly Delta Pharmacy Mobile Vaccine Program for Residents at the Isleton Community Center.
RECOMMENDATION: City will receive rental fee of 580.00 monthly for rental of theIsleton Community Center.
