RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended City Council give direction to staff regarding Isleton Historic Preservation Review Board if does not comply with the Brown Act by January 1,2025.
B. SUBJECT: City Council to set Public Hearing for a Resolution of he City Council of the City of Isleton, California, declaring a Fiscal Emergency and Authorizing the Filing of aPctilion under Chapter 9 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
