CM Godde questioned an item in the Expenditure Report, Check #14564 to Sierra Hydro for $13,900, Operation and Maintenance of stream gauge. CM Godde questioned what exactly this was for and guessing it was for the Wastewater plant. Manager Kimball stated she will get the details and report back to Council.

Vice Mayor Gonsalves posed a question on the Engineer's Report regarding Pitt St. Bridge replacement. It was confusing when Weber Ghio spoke with CalTrans Right of Way staff and that the City needs to have the property reappraised. CM Kimball stated there was confusion on the Pitt St acquisition. A few years ago, if Council recalls, the city did an acquisition for a Right of Way for a sliver of land. It was her understanding that it went through the whole process. Last week she was + that the tile en through the wcquisition informed by the Finance Department that the title company was not able to record that acquisition through the real estate process. The house, 416 Water St., had been sold whereby the ROW transition did not go through. With that said, the city would have to re-start the ROW process through the new owners. The escrow on the home did not complete. The house was purchased, it was the city's portion that we were trying to acquire from the prior owner did not go through. VM Gonsalves asked if, the house sold and the property sold, wouldn't this be part of an escrow transition covered by title insurance. Manager Kimball said she asked about this, but the city engineer discussed with CalTrans and this was end result. Kimball stated she would follow up and get a memo out to Council.
