Mayor McLean called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA.
Motion to approve the City Council Agenda date July 6, 2023 as presented. Moved by Councilmember Godde, seconded by Vice Mayor Simmons, and carried by a 5 to 0 vote:

2. DISCUSSION CALENDAR - CLOSED SESSION.
• PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Title: Interim City Manager
Motion to appoint Chris Mynderup as Interim City Manager, pending City Council approval of employment agreement. Moved by Councilmember Gonsalves, seconded by Councilmember Stimpson, and carried by a 5 to 0 vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
3. CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT.
