Pursuant to the Brown Act, public comment for special meetings is limited to items on the special meeting agenda only. Those wishing to address the City Council during a special meeting may do so when the Chair calls for public comments. Please note – there is a three (3) minute limit and speakers are requested to state their name and community of residence.
