2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA.
Approval of agenda for this date; any and all off-agenda items must be approved by the City Council (pursuant to §54954.2 of the Government Code).

a. Discussion and possible approval of Resolution No. 2026-36 Establishing a 2.4% Electronic Payment Processing Fee for Municipal Transactions.
b. Public Hearing: Second reading and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 743 amending sections
3.24.020, 3.24.030, 3.24.040, 3.24.200, 3.24.220, and 3.24.230 of Chapter 3.24 of the Jackson Municipal Code relating to Transient Occupancy Tax.
