Mayor Brian Berkson called the Special Meeting to order at 8:20 p.m.
2. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC COMMENTS PERTAINING TO CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
There were no public comments regarding the closed session item.
B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION. The City Council will meet in closed session with the City Attorney pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) with respect to the following matter of pending litigation: Warmington Residential California, Inc. v. City of Jurupa Valley filed in Riverside Superior Court.
C. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION. The City Council will meet in closed session with the City Attorney pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) with respect to the following matter of pending litigation: Application of Southern California Edison Company (U-238- E) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Construct the Riverside Transmission Reliability Project, California Public Utilities Commission Case No.
A15404013 and CPUC Decision 20-03-001 related thereto.
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
A. ANNOUNCEMENT OF REPORTABLE ACTIONS IN CLOSED SESSION Mayor Brian Berkson announced that there were no reportable actions taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Brian Berkson adjourned the meeting at 9:09 p.m.
