A. PUBLIC COMMENTS PERTAINING TO CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
There were no public commentsregarding the closed sessionitem.
B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION
City Council met in closed session with the City Attorney pursuant to Government Code Section54956.9(d)(1) with respectto thefollowing matter of pending litigation:
Warmington Residential California, Inc. v. City of Jurupa Valley filed in Riverside Superior Court.
3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
A. ANNOUNCEMENT OF REPORTABLE ACTIONS IN CLOSED SESSION Mayor Brian Berkson announced that there were no reportable actions taken in closed session.
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further businessbefore the City Council, Mayor Brian Berkson adjournedthe meeting at 6:24 p.m. to the to the next Regular City Council Meeting on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 8930 Limonite Avenue, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509.
