Requested Action: It is recommended that the City Council:

1. Approve a one-year extension to the agreement with Jurupa Community Services District for graffiti abatement services on private property (Second Amendment), with the not-to-exceed amount remaining at $80,000.

2. Approve a one-year extension to the agreement with Jurupa Community Services District for graffiti abatement services on public property (Second Amendment), with the not-to-exceed amount remaining at $20,000.

3. Approve a one-year extension to the agreement with Zumar Industries, Inc. for on-call traffic sign and hardware services (First Amendment), with the not-to- exceed amount remaining at $75,000.

4. Approve a one-year extension to the agreement with SafeWay Sign Company, Inc. for on-call traffic sign and hardware services (First Amendment), with the not-to-exceed amount remaining at $75,000.

5. Approve a one-year extension to the agreement with Blue Angel International LLC, for on-call street maintenance materials services (First Amendment), with the not-to-exceed amount remaining at $120,000.

6. Approve a one-year extension to the agreement with TKE Engineering, Inc. for on-call surveying and engineering services (Third Amendment), with the not-to- exceed amount remaining at $150,000; and
