A. SUBJECT: Consideration of Mitigated Negative Declaration under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for Kerman Sewer System Improvements Project (MB) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Council conduct public hearing and approve Resolution adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Kerman Sewer System Improvements Project.
