D. SUBJECT: Resolution Approving Annual Renewal Agreement with Civic Plus for Recreation Management program Civic Rec for $5,061.31 (TJ)
RECOMMENDATION: Council by motion adopt a resolution approving the annual renewal agreement with Civic Plus and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement. – Res. 25-10
E. SUBJECT: Consideration of Resolution to Ratify Reimbursement Agreement for Preliminary Engineering Services with Union Pacific Railroad Company for $15,000 for the Goldenrod Avenue Crossing (JAJ)
RECOMMENDATION: Council by motion adopt resolution ratifying Reimbursement Agreement for Preliminary Engineering Services with Union Pacific Railroad Company for $15,000 for the Goldenrod Avenue Crossing. – Res. 25-11
F. SUBJECT: Amendment of Memorandum of Understanding with the Kerman Police Officers Association revising Overtime and the use of Compensation Time and Vacation counting as hours worked (JAJ)
RECOMMENDATION: Council by motion adopt resolution approving Side Letter Agreement with the Kerman Police Officers Association revising Overtime and the use of Compensation Time and Vacation counting as hours worked. – Res. 25-12

Motion to approve the resolution as is, with the consensus to translate the resolution in Spanish and Punjabi, and distributed via the City's social media, website, and mailing to residents, made by Councilmember Herrera, Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Yep.
