D. City Council Workshop 2026 Work Plan Review, Prioritization, and Council Team Building and Goal Setting
Staff presented Council with a department review of current projects and work plans. Council provided suggestions and had an open discussion on Council team building and prioritization.

Motion made by Councilmember Herrera, Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Yep.

Motion passes 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:23 p.m.
