A. SUBJECT: Resolution Approving Construction Contract Change Order No. 5 for the Hart Ranch Community Park Project (JG)
RECOMMENDATION: Council by motion adopt the resolution:
1. Approving Construction Contract Change Order No. 5 for the Hart Ranch Community Park Project to Avison Construction, Inc. in the amount of $127,443.00; and
2. Authorizing the City Manager to sign Construction Contract Change Order No. 5 on behalf of the City. – Res. 26-41
Motion made by Councilmember Hall, Seconded by Councilmember Dhaliwal.
