1. CALL TO ORDER:
Regular Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor LeBarre.
2. ROLL CALL:
City Council: Mayor Mike LeBarre, Council member, Carlos DeLeon, Rob Cullen Mayor Pro Tem Carlos Victoria.
Council member Darlene Acosta, (Teleconference).
City Staff: City Manager Steve Adams; City Attorney Roy Santos (Teleconference); City Clerk, Erica Sonne.

The flag salute was led by Mayor LeBarre.

Council Member Cullen thanked Mayor LeBarre for coming to the last Rotary meeting with Col. Lamb from Hunter Liggett.
Mayor Pro Tem Victoria stated he had nothing to report tonight.
Council Member DeLeon had nothing to report out tonight.
Mayor LeBarre stated that the MOU for Camp Roberts is signed and will be a great benefit. Chief Boyd was chosen as undersheriff for Monterey. County Sheriff's. It is sad we are loosing him but it will benefit Monterey County.

City Attorney Roy Santos had nothing to report.

Consideration: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of King Making Findings Related to the Continued Existence of a State of Emergency Due to COVID-19 and Re-Authorizing the Conduct of Public Meetings of the Legislative Bodies of the City Via Remote Teleconferencing for an Additional 30-Day Period Pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act as Amended by Assembly Bill No. 361
E. Consideration: Contract Services Agreement for Building Inspection, Plan Review and Parcel Map Review Services
Action: Motion to approve consent agenda items A-E by and Cullen seconded by Victoria.

11. REGULAR BUSINESS:
A. Consideration: Mills Ranch Phase 2B Subdivision Final Tract Map Conformance and Acceptance of Streets and Easements
Community Development Director Liberto introduced this item.
Action: Motion to 1) affirm the action of the Planning Commission of November 15. 2022 determining that the Mills Ranch Phase 2B Subdivision Final Map is in substantial conformance with the approved Vesting Tentative Map; 2) authorize and direct the Planning Commission Secretary to certify the Final Tract Map as in substantial conformance with the approved Vesting Tentative Map; 3) authorize the City Engineer to execute the Mills Ranch Phase 2B Subdivision Final Map and 4) accept on behalf of the public the streets and easements offered for dedication by and Victoria seconded by DeLeon.
