1. CALL TO ORDER:
Special Meeting called to order at 5:00pm by Mayor LeBarre.
2. ROLL CALL:
City Council: Mike LeBarre, Council member Darlene Acosta (teleconference), Rob Cullen, Carlos DeLeon, Mayor Pro Tem Carlos Victoria (teleconference).
City Staff: City Manager Steven Adams (teleconference); City Attorney Shannon Chaffin (by teleconference); City Clerk, Erica Sonne.
3. FLAG SALUTE:
The flag salute was led by Mayor LeBarre.
4. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS:
None
5. Closed Session:
A. Conference With Legal Counsel - Pending Litigation
Pending litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d): (One case) WORKING FAMILIES OF MONTEREY COUNTY and EFRAIN AGUILERA, Petitioners, v. KING CITY PLANNING COMMISSION and KING CITY COUNCIL, Respondents, BEST DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC, Real Party in Interest.
Council went into closed session at 5:03p.m.
Closed session ended at 5:46pm, came back to open session, no reportable actions.
Action: Motion to adjourn by Cullen and seconded by DeLeon.
