1. CALL TO ORDER:
Special Meeting called to order at 1:30pm by Mayor LeBarre.
2. ROLL CALL:
City Council: Mayor Mike LeBarre, Council member, Rob Cullen, Carlos DeLeon Council member Oscar Avalos, Mayor Pro Tem Carlos Victoria absent City Staff: City Manager Steve Adams; City Attorney Roy Santos (Teleconference); City Clerk, Erica Sonne.
3. FLAG SALUTE:
The flag salute was led by Mayor LeBarre.
4. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS:
None
5. REGULAR BUSINESS:
A. Consideration: A Regional Early Action Planning ("Reap") 2.0 Grant Recommendation: adopt the attached Resolution approving participation of the City in the Regional Early Action Planning ("REAP") Grant 2.0 Program and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments ("AMBAG") and any other required documents for receipt of the REAP 2.0 Grant.
City Manager Steve Adams introduced this item.
Action: Motion to adopt the attached Resolution approving participation of the City in the Regional Early Action Planning ("REAP") Grant 2.0 Program and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments ("AMBAG") and any other required documents for receipt of the REAP 2.0 Grant by Cullen and seconded by DeLeon.
