Special Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor LeBarre.

3. Special Presentations
A. Proclamation to American Red Cross for American Red Cross Month 2026 The Mayor presented a proclamation to the Maria Magana for the American Red Cross and Ms. Magana said a few words on what the American Red Cross does.
