Council Chamber, 1401 Draper Street, Kingsburg, CA 93631 (559) 897-5821 www.cityofkingsburgca.gov Call to Order and Roll Call – Mayor Laura North called the regular meeting of the Kingsburg City Council to order at 6:01 pm.
Council Members Present: Vince Palomar, Brandon Pursell, Jr., Michelle Roman and Mayor Laura North.
Council Members Absent: Jewel Hurtado.
Staff Present: City Manager Alexander Henderson, City Attorney Michael Noland and City Clerk Abigail Palsgaard.
Public Comments: None.
At 6:03 the Kingsburg City Council Special Meeting was adjourned into Closed Session:
3.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL— ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Subdivision (b) of Section 5456.9 of the California Government Code (Two (2) potential cases).
At 7:14 the Council adjourned out of Closed Session into Special Kingsburg City Council Meeting and reported out of Closed Session.
City Attorney Michael Noland stated there was nothing to report out.
The Special Kingsburg City Council Meeting was adjourned at 7:14 P. M.
