Public Comments:
Miguel Ramirez, SoCal Gas, gas prices are up because gas prices are high. Reduce energy bills- reduce temps at thermostat, water heaters, and there is a gas assistance fund.
Brenda Pardo, resident, requests that Council tours Second Chance Animal Shelter. Believes that the conditions there are poor.
Mr. Robinson, resident and pedestrian, had an issue at 14th and Sierra Street, was almost hit while crossing the street. Would like a blinking crosswalk. 14th street floods between Winter and Tulare Street. There is not a storm drain.
Brent Anderson, resident, would like address Second Chance and reevaluate the issue of animal control and having an animal control officer. It is unfair that a resident has to take a dog to Second Chance.
