WORKSHOP MINUTES

THE COUNCIL CHAMBER IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT 100% CAPACITY.
Call to Order: At 6:02 pm the Kingsburg City Council and Planning Commission Workshop was called to order by Mayor Palomar.
City Council Members present: North, Smith, Silva, Pursell and Mayor Palomar.
City Council Members absent: none.
Planning Commissioners present: Blayney and Chairperson Kruper.
Planning Commissioners absent: Brock, Gonzales, Ruch, Ekizian and Taylor.
Public Comments: None.
Kingsburg Draft Housing Element Update
Director Owen gave a brief report regarding the review of the Draft Kingsburg Housing Element. She then introduced Lucy Rollins, the Kingsburg Consultant for the Multi-Jurisdictional Housing Element who gave a presentation to the Planning Commission and City Council. Included in her presentation is the Housing Element Overview, Housing Element Outreach, Regional Housing Needs Allocation, Housing Element Programs and Schedule.
After the presentation, Lucy Rollins answered some questions about the presentation. She explained and made clarifications on topics such as, the Programs, timing of projects and RHNA.
Adjourn Kingsburg City Council and Planning Commission Meeting: At 6:42 pm, Mayor Palomar adjourned the meeting.
