SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Bowman called the Special Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Councilmember Michael T. Davitt, Councilman Keith Eich, Councilmember Fossan, and Mayor Pro Tem Jeanne K. Hobson.
Mayor Kim Bowman arrived late.

City Attorney Guerra read the Closed Session titles into the record. 1) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION

RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION AND ANNOUNCE ANY ACTION TAKEN:
City Attorney Guerra reported that during Closed Session Item One, a discussion took place, but no direction was given and no reportable action was taken. Regarding Item Two, Mayor Bowman was present, a discussion occurred, but no direction was provided and no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Bowman adjourned the Special City Council meeting at 6:10 p.m.
