SPECIAL MEETING
Monday, March 4, 2024
SPECIAL MEETING 3:30 P.M.:
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Nigsarian called the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of La Habra to order at 3:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, located at 100 East La Habra Boulevard, La Habra, California.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSIDERATION ITEMS:
1. CONDUCT INTERVIEWS FOR ANNUAL EXPIRING TERMS AND TWO ALTERNATES ON
THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
Based upon the interview schedule coordinated by City staff, City Council conducted interviews with the following applicants:
1. Richard Rojas 5. Maria Mahecha
2. Thomas Ludwinski 6. Esther Armenta
3. Roy Ramsland Jr. 7. Delwin Lampkin
4. Matthew Matias 8. Veronica Hannah (via telephone)
9. Danitza Cardenas
Applicant Richard LaBounty withdrew his application March 4, 2024, due to a scheduling conflict ; and applicant Francisco Lopez did not appear for his scheduled interview.
Mayor Nigsarian left the dais at 4:02 p.m. He returned at 4:04 p.m.
Mayor Nigsarian called for a recess at 5:03 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 5:12 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Nigsarian adjourned the meeting at 5:24 p.m. to Monday, March 4, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Closed Session Room 112C, 100 East La Habra Boulevard, followed by the Regular Meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
