1.. Call Meeting to Order - At 6:30 p.m., Mayor Francis called the Special City Council meeting to order.

Present: Mayor Roy Francis, Mayor Pro Tem Norm Zezula, Council Members Brian Bergman, and Dennis Laherty
Present via Zoom: Council Member Carey Klingfus
Absent: None
Also Present: City Manager Fabiola Huerta, Assistant City Manager Rafferty Wooldridge, Finance Manager Angie Martinez, and City Clerk Specialist Anna Badillo

5. Financial Budget Review for Fiscal Year 2022-23
At 7:02 p.m., Mayor Francis called for a recess.
At 7:04 p.m., Mayor Francis reconvened the meeting.
Action: Council discussed and provided a recommendation to staff to increase the Crack Seal fund allocation from $30,000 to $60,000 on the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Annual Operating Budget.
