Call Meeting to Order - At 5:31 p.m., Mayor Pro Tem Zezula called the Closed Session meeting to order.

Call for Review of Temporary Use Permit PRJ 2022-021 Administrative Denial of a Request for Temporary Occupancy of a Travel Trailer in the Front Yard of 2044 Virazon Drive
At 7:02 p.m., Mayor Francis opened the Public Hearing.
At 7:26 p.m., Mayor Francis closed the Public Hearing.
Action: Moved (Klingfus), seconded (Zezula), and voted unanimously to grant Temporary Use Permit PRJ 2022-021 and allow for the temporary occupancy of a travel trailer in the front yard of 2044 Virazon Drive.

Administrative Items
23. Resolution Adopting the City of La Habra Heights Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan and Finding the Project to be Exempt from CEQA (Continued from March 14, 2022 and April 11, 2022)
Resolution No. 2022-10: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of La Habra Heights, California, adopting the 2022 Hazard Mitigation Plan At 7:27 p.m., Council Member Klingfus left the dais.
Action: Moved (Zezula), seconded (Laherty), and voted 4-0 (No Vote Klingfus) to adopt the Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan; find the project to be exempt from CEQA; and forward the signed resolution to FEMA for approval.
24. Transition to Microsoft 365
At 7:30 p.m., Council Member Klingfus returned to the dais.
Action: Moved (Laherty), seconded (Klingfus), and voted unanimously to approve the transition to Microsoft 365.
