Call Meeting to Order - At 6:32 p.m., Mayor Francis called the Special City Council meeting to order.

Present: Mayor Roy Francis, Mayor Pro Tem Norm Zezula, Council Members Brian Bergman, and Dennis Laherty

Absent: Council Member Carey Klingfus
Also Present: City Manager Fabiola Huerta, Assistant City Manager Rafferty Wooldridge, Finance Manager Angie Martinez, Public Works Specialist Grace Andres, and City Clerk Specialist Anna Badillo

Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Laherty), and voted 4-0 (Absent Klingfus) to approve the changes made by staff to the preliminary budget. --- End of Administrative Items ------
